Let’s Talk Tea – Featuring – Teagime

Hey there Teacups πŸ΅πŸ’– I hope you all had a great weekend and that your once again ready to talk tea! I still stand by the fact that this is my favourite blog series to write for. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as i enjoy writing it.

So let’s get down to business shall we? This week’s post is all about a company by the name of Teagime.

Teagime is UK’s only fully personalised Teatox programme that ensures every cup of tea is specifically selected for your needs.

Teagime craft blends for you based on flavour preferences, caffeine requirements, skin condition and menstrual cycle. They use information provided by you to custom-blend herbs and other ingredients specific to your needs. That means each cup of teatox you drink is optimized for your particular health and energy needs.

Additionally, with Teagime, there are no unhealthy and painful ‘colon-cleansing‘ effects. They very carefully blend teas to be gentle enough for long-term-use. They believe in using 100% natural ingredients – no flavourings, no laxatives, no nasties. Teagime allows you to focus on being a healthier you.

Their blends are also fine-tuned to support your health throughout the seasons. They focus on herbs that boost the immunes system during the flu season, and warming herbs are included during the colder months to combat seasonal blues.

My Teagime box included :

My Morning Blend – Five Flavour Tea.

My morning blend is a Honey Red Tea infused with a mix of warming Cassia bark and nourishing Schisandra (an amazing adaptogen). This tea is blend specifically to give you an uplifted start to the day.

Ingredients : Schisandra Berry , Honey Red Tea and Cassia Bark ( Vegan Friendly)

My Afternoon Blend- Cocoa Cheer

My afternoon blend is blended specifically to help me recharge for the afternoon, and provide a sweet treat without the calories. The Cocoa shells provide all the benefits of chocolate without any of the downsides. It helps to control fatigue syndrome and burn fat. The base of this tea is a delicious Oriental Beauty.

Ingredients : Oriental Beauty Tea and Cocoa Shells ( Vegan Friendly)

My Evening Blend – The Light Fantastic

My evening blend is a calming and cleansing infusion that was blended to my immune and digestive system. The fennel was included to help strengthen the kidneys and stomach. The elderflower was included to help guard against allergies and the chamomile to aid sleep and induce sweet dreams.

Ingredients : Fennel , Elderflower and Chamomile (Vegan Friendly)

My experience with Teagime :

I’m going to be honest here and say that I had my initial doubts when it came to this service. I expected it to be just another fad service that didn’t actually do anything it was cleaning out would do. I was so incredibly wrong and this service has honestly helped me a lot!

Quite simply I am not a morning person and I’ve struggled for a long time to be able to kick start my days in the right way. After around for days of drinking my morning blend everyday I was able to kick start my days in a bright and happy mood that carried through my day and enabled me to get so much done. I think I’m going to need a lifetime supply of this blend to keep me going in the morning.

When filling in my Teagime survey I specifically mentioned I had a sweet tooth and I often fail at being able to control myself and fall into the grasps of sweet treats. So when I saw that my afternoon blend featured Cocoa shells I honestly couldn’t have been happier. I will go out on a limb now and say that the afternoon blend was my favourite of them all. The chocolate / nutty notes provided by the Cocoa made this brew a perfect substitute for the calorie filled ‘treats’ I normally go for. Definitely does what it says on the tin.

Now you will all know I’m a sucker for anything with Chamomile on it. I struggle with getting to sleep so I’m best friends with Chamomile it always makes for a great night sleep. I can’t really feel much difference when it comes to my defense against allergies and my immune system that were supposed to have been helped by the elderflower and the fennel, but I definitely stand by the fact that this blend help me to sleep a lot better.

Overall I had a great experience with Teagime and I would suggest to to anyone who is wanting to find a way to help thier bodies feel better and keep away from filling them with bad sugars.

Overall Teacup Rating : 🍡🍡🍡🍡

As always if you have any questions at all stick them in the comments and I’ll be sure to answer them as soon as I can.

Have an amazing week teacups, I’ll speak to you all again soon! – Kimberley πŸ’–πŸ΅

  1. I’m glad that afternoon cocoa mix hit the spot for you! I’ve got a massive sweet tooth as well, and recently I’ve been treating myself to LaCroix seltzers for much the same reason, since I can’t have fake sugar or much caffeine. Also: I loved all the puns this company uses (Teatox πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)
